Why I'm I not given a specific reason for denying my request for refund?It is not fair to be charged when a person that request my services never looks at my quote or does not respond to texts and will not answer the phone. This was not done in good faith and I should not be charged for it.

Why doesn't Thumbtack make its fee structure public?I have been working with Thumbtack for several years and still don't have a clue how the fee structure works. I am charged anywhere from $37 to $100 to do the same job at the same distance from my home.
