        <description><![CDATA[<p>Hello! I'm new here….. As an IT tech, I don't see how it's fair we have to accept and pay for leads before being able to contact the customer and see if we can actually assist them or not. Their descriptions are really vague and may fall outside of a service we provide. Is ThumbTack doing anything to fix this issue? I'm spending more on leads I can't do anything with than making a profit.</p>]]>
