I have contacted Thumbtack multiple times for being charged on the days i have blocked off on my calendar. Whats the point of having the feature if I still get the requests and being charged
Hi there @T_height, thanks for starting this conversation! I understand how these situations can be frustrating, but keep in mind that if the customer states they're open to other dates than the one they select, you can be charged.
