Having a lil issue with one lead.
This is an automatic bid lead, we recieved the bid, and the lead typed in 2 phone numebrs with their proposal. They are both "X"ed out. Which i dont understad why as the lead has been paid for.
"Additional details: We have 2 saltwater tanks and a koi pond that need regular service. We also need our pond filter/pump serviced. Thank you. Sue my wife’s number is xxx-xxx-xxxx mine is xxx-xxx-xxxx My name is Mike. Thank you so much!"
So the lead here wants me to call them, and I cant. How does this get fixed if the lead doesnt log back into the system to see my messages?
