Contacting customers in leads

I’ve been a pro for years for interior design. Recently I started using Bark as well. Bark shows you basic info on a project. If you accept it, you get charged. Then you have access to customers phone number, email and you can message them in the app. I always call them ASAP. If I can reach them first, I usually win the job. Why does TT not allow us to call or email customers? I imagine not every customer is checking his TT inbox every 10 minutes. How are we to reach them? This is odd and I’d love to know TT reasons for this. Thanks

@Amorgandesign20 this is a question we get quite a bit. We created a video that gives more detail on why we don't require customer phone numbers. Check that out here
