I had over 77 verified reviews and suddenly my reviews went down to under 50. How is that & why doesn't Thumbtack know what happened to them? That is very bad business.
I sure have and as I stated Thumbtack has no clue as to what happened to my reviews and why it happened. I was basically told it was nothing that can be done about it. I've been with Thumbtack almost 10 years and nothing like this has happened 'til now. Very bad business!
