Is anyone having trouble getting a hold of by phone the response team? I keep pushing buttons on number dialed and keep getting the same recording. I need help with my accounts and travel preferences. I have done all the requirements of setting up, saving and closing. I go back into the travel preferences and it goes right back to a longer mileage then I want.
