@Jennf80 are you attempting to use Thumbtack through the app or are you logging in online?
If it's through the app, just remember that there are two separate apps. One for professionals (black logo) and one for customers (blue logo).
Looking at your account I'm seeing that you only have a professional profile associated with your email address. Unless you've used two different email addresses for each part of the site.
