I just found another problem with the 'new and improved' system.  It apparently doesn't show me where the customer I'm bidding for is located(?)....  This makes a huge difference for me because most of my business is repeat customers and once I set a price for them, they expect it to remain the same going forward.  If I'm just going across town my price is lower than if I have to drive 30 miles!  I do plenty of really rural jobs and they're willing to pay quite a bit more for the convenience of me coming to the house.  So thumbs down for that....:-(

@uu2727 when you're bidding on a job you should be able to see the city that the job is in but not their direct address. I'll make sure to pass along your feedback about this.

Also, something has changed about the submission of photos for the profile.  Photos can't be above a certain number of pixels and I want my customers to see my work crisp and clear, not blurry.

@uu2727 you should be able to upload clear examples and photos of your work by following the steps I've listed below. If you need additional help with any of these feel free to send me a direct message and I'd be happy to take a look.

  • Stay on the small side, 20MB or less.
  • Use common file formats (to get technical, try JPG, GIF or PNG).
  • Keep it sharp with a resolution of at least 50x50 pixels.
  • Avoid really wide or tall photos — the width-to-height ratio must be 10:1 or smaller.
