I usually get my review requests answered in a timely manner but I have had a few that I haven't heard back from when asking for reviews and I don't want to seem as if I am bugging the customer by asking again on my end for a review. So i was curious does thumbtack send out any other notifications saying to the customer hey you still haven't left a review for so and so would you mind leaving a review at your earliest convenience. Just curious because reviews have helped me with my business and I always tell my customers that i will be sending them one more message through thumbtack and if they could leave me a review of my work that would be awesome. Thank you for any feedback

Great question @Gaddyair. We do send customers a few notifications reminding them to leave reviews for pros. However, if customers have their notifications turned off, they may not be receiving those notifications. Let me know if you have any additional questions about this.
