Good Afternoon Everyone,
I found myself taking a look into my thumbtack profile to check on how much we have been spending and how many views the business is getting through thumbtack by using the insights option. I noticed that views are pretty high on certain services and low on others which makes perfect sense for the business that I provide. My question is though what actually constitutes a “VIEW”? Is it the potential customer actually clicking on the profile of a Pro or can a view also be just them looking around for services need and just by passing the Pros page. I have no problem with this either way I am just curious I guess on how it is viewed. Thank you for any feedback.

Great question @Gaddyair. You will see both listing views and profile views in your insights. A listing view is when customers scroll over and see your profile in search results. A profile view is when a customer clicks into your profile and views it.
Let me know if you have any other questions about this!
