If we archive a lead after lets say 2-3 no responses, and they respond later, do we get notified? I don't want to archive them if we won't get notified, however I don't want them sitting in my inbox checking on them every few days only to see they haven't responded.
Great question @AggielandTravel. If you have your preferences checked to receive notifications when you get new messages, then yes, you should get notified.
