Same here. I was just complaining with the help desk but no solution, except telling me to go to the community. I wonder if they care to read the complaints here.

No actually the hep center and pro resources aren’t the best places to go. Everything about this platform has changed for reasons I’m unsure about. I get the same robot answers every time.
