I noticed that I have a 1 star rating with no text review - from a client that only met but did not actually work for. can 'potential client's do that?
@Johnnyinsfca customers are able to review pros based on any interaction with them. So although they didn't hire you, they are able to leave you a review based on the meeting or conversation you had. Learn more here and let us know if you have any questions.
