From humble beginnings with my grandfather on the tobacco farm at the age of 8 to owning a thriving limousine company in 2017. My professional experiences through the years have been rather unique. In high school I worked sales jobs to pay bills. Then a job with BCBSNC as a claims specialist in 2003 birthed familiarity to the corporate world. Soon after in 2004, a long standing career at Duke University afforded me the opportunity to hone my skills as a development specialist, finance specialist, market researcher, and facilities coordinator. A parallel career ensued beginning in 2012 when I served the United States Air Force Reserves as a Civil Engineer specializing in surveying, GPS Navigation, CAD, and drafting. Fast forward 5 years later finding myself as an entrepreneur -- combining all of the experiences gained over the years to make a powerful impact in the industry as well as the community.
