Why am I getting charged for leads and expected to respond to them on days I have completely blocked off? Thanks in advance, Pete

Hello 

Thanks for the mention. I have accepted a lead & was charged on June 30th, but the customer has not read  the info I sent. What's the point of paying for leads if the customer won't even read it?
