Profile

My profile was taken down flagrantly by thumbtack after having one of the best profiles on the site, after being here for over 3 loyal years ! Can’t tell me why my entire business has been taken down ?? Really! They claim they have some computer specialists working on it. But it’s been almost 3 weeks and my family is starting to suffer. Please can someone support me in getting some help here. I’m speaking up ! Help please. Is this happening to your business on this site ? Speak up so we can join forces as customers and get them to fix this life changing problem. My business is “Fresh Paint by Shawn” if anyone wants to know. I’ve never did anything against any rules since I been on here. I don’t deserve this.

Sorry. Incorrect. I just got off the phone with you guys and it’s is just as I stated !!!
They said the engineers are working on it. It’s been 3 weeks ! And thumbtack has definitely acknowledge that my profile is taken down ! Try to find it right now. Zip code 55106 / Fresh Paint by Shawn. You won’t see us there !!!!

@Freshpaint I was able to look into your recent conversations with our support staff. It looks like you've mainly been upset about not showing up in the search results if you're not promoting/having your preferences in place, and that they were able to discuss with you what steps to take in order to show up.

Incorrect again. I’m not showing up. Your engineers have working on it for over 2 weeks and still can’t solve the issue. Your point of contact will be Nichole. She knows everything that happening. Every time I talk to a new person then you think it’s something simple or maybe I don’t know how to navigate but incorrect. Check with Nichole and she will fill you in on the issue as I stated before. Call me if you truly want to resolve this issue. If not then maybe you should look into it instead of making a snap judgment on my profile problem. You are the 4th or 5th person that has gotten it wrong.

@Freshpaint I'm certainly not here to make snap judgments, but rather to simply see how I can better understand and help. If you've already been working with certain members of our staff and feel they have knowledge I am not privy to and that you would rather not explain again, then I would recommend you to continue working with them as needed.
