All of the sudden

I get a bad bad review out of no where!??
How can I get this review removed I’ve never settled an appointment with this user nor been hired?!
Been almost a month since I’ve had any contact with this user.
And all of the sudden leaves a review 🤔

@DeltaLandscape We allow customers to leave a review before a hire because there is an experience and sometimes an interaction before they make their decision. They can leave a review based off of that. Reviews can be removed if they go against our Content and Review policy, which you can view here: https://help.thumbtack.com/article/content-and-review-policy.
I'm more than happy to take a look into this though. Just send me a PM with your account email address and the name of the customer who left the review.
