Can’t get reviews

I just got started two weeks ago I have gotten 9 reviews already but I keep asking my customer for review and they say have already send me one but I don’t see any reviews placed on my reviews anymore. Any help?

Hi there @Nabekito, it looks like you have two service profiles under your account. One of your profiles is showing zero reviews, but the other is showing all nine. Check out your profile with all nine reviews here and let me know if you have any questions.
