From what I can see from my side of the conversation, it looks very bland when a customer receives an instant match quote. Just a price. I would like to see a link to my profile, or a piece of my profile along with my instant quote that the customer sees instantly in the conversation.
For newbies as myself, I keep getting an email saying that I should follow up but cannot find where to go to follow up. Allow us to put more than one phone number for the business. Plus I cannot figure out how to fix a quote in my instant match form.
