Treat them fairly. "Treating people fairly means that you treat them in ways that are most appropriate to their needs." Do some research in your area. What are your competiters charging, how fast is there service and even stop in and meet them. Then evaluate your business compared to theirs. Don't gouge your customers and always great them with a smile.
