What is the best way to ask for lead refunds? In the past this was rarely necessary but now the percentage of leads that I wish to request a refund for has increased by quite a bit.

@MichaelMc if there was no interaction with the customer and they left you a review, I want to take a look into this further and see what's going on. Can you send me a private message with the name of the customer?
