Time limit on reviews?

A customer just left me a 4-star review (breaking my perfect 5-star record on Thumbtack) for a job I completed two years ago.

Shouldn't there be some kind of time limit?

Hi there @RoseMort. Customers can post a review either within one year after they submitted the request, or within one year of the last day the pro worked on the project. Thanks so much, Meckell. I just chatted with an agent. They are going to contact the customer to provide proof that I have worked with her in the past year. If proof is not provided (which it won't be since it was done in May 2016), then the review will be removed.
