Has anyone figured out how to delete names in 'saved quotes' ? I am continually scrolling through a TON to check back with customers...it would be a tremendous help. I have chatted with Thumbtack and they can't help, or have not, anyway. I do not want to 'archive', I just want to delete. I am not looking for particular names, just going back to double check with earlier quotes in general.
If you are having this problem also maybe we can all peteittion Thumbtack to solve this one.
@revgram I'd be glad to take a look at this and see if I can help you out. If I'm following what you're saying here you want to delete a name from a saved quote, is that right? If that is what you're looking to do, you should go to your inbox and open your message history with a customer. You can then select the bookmark icon (next to the paperclip icon) and then edit your responses from there. @revgram just to confirm are you referring to quotes you have already sent to customers? It sounds like there may have been some confusion between us and you earlier in the conversation when you mentioned: "saved quotes."
@revgram thank you for clarifying. At this time, you can archive sent quotes, but there is not the option to completely delete them. We would love your feedback on this though! Can you expand more on why you would rather delete instead of archiving?
