Client hasn't put me into "Hired".

I am currently working with a client right now that hasn't put me into "hired" but they have given me what they want and are ok with the price. I'm not sure how to approach this verbally without coming off rude or weird.

@TerryWirt once your work has been finished I recommend mentioning to the customer that if they're satisfied with the service you provided that leaving you a review on Thumbtack would be a huge help. I'm sure other pros here may have some great insight into how they approach this as well.
