@MR @DJStevie @Lar @ErrorUnknown thank you all for sharing your thoughts in this thread. The Community is a place for pros to connect with not only each other but to us as well. We welcome all questions and concerns and work hard to make sure every pro that comes to the Community gets the support they need. Whether a post is long or short, we try our best to respond and help whoever is posting find a resolution to their concern. You will notice that some threads have more engagement from pros than us and vice versa. Every conversation is unique and therefore will get different types of responses from not only the Thumbtack team but other professionals here as well. We by no means avoid questions, so if you have a direct question that hasn't been answered. Please send it my way!

Like a lot of other communities, we have Community Guidelines set in place to keep the good vibes rolling. We understand there are frustrations, and we welcome you to share them here. We will always enforce our Community Guidelines and if a post violates them in any way, it will be edited or moved.
