Hi @LarryH77, there can be two ways to do this depending on how long you'll be away. The first would be to make sure you pause promote and block out all the relevant dates on your pro calendar. You may occasionally still get a new lead in your inbox so if those do come in be sure to decline so the customer knows that you're unavailable.
The other would be to deactivate your account if you're going to be away for a more extended period of time. You can do this by following the steps in our Help Center here: https://help.thumbtack.com/article/deactivate-my-account. Once you're ready to come back just let us know and we can help to reactivate the account.
