I have been wrongfully removed

I have been wrongfully removed from thumb tack because a customer submitted a review that made false claims. I did everything I could to meet thev customers expectations. I went above and beyond and this guy has the nerve to go and submit a review that gets me banned until I can get him to tell thumb tack to lift it. This is a night mare I didn't do anything to deserve this. The customer shouldn't have such authority now my family and business are suffering. All over false claims!!!!

Non payment from client

I have a client who hasn’t paid me in 25 days they’re check bounced they gave me and have given me the run around . I’m a small business and when I allocate money for certain expenses and it’s not there it causes a domino effect . TT has done nothing to help me but give me information like contact local authorities there’s got to be something we can do to get my money .
