Getting Ratings from non-Thumbtack Clients

Is it possible to get Clients you have worked with that were not found through Thumbtack to provide ratings on your Business Profile?

Re: Getting Ratings from non-Thumbtack Clients

@TXArchitect great question, and yes you can! Pros can either send a review request in an email to previous customers from outside of Thumbtack or share their public review link. To find the link just click on the drop-down arrow in the top right-hand corner, and click on Reviews. Next, click on "Ask for Reviews" and there will be a few options presented including "Get shareable link" in the bottom right-hand corner. This help center article will provide some additional context and visuals here: https://help.thumbtack.com/article/ask-for-reviews

@TXArchitect @Kameron
From what Thumbtack told me, you are only allowed 10 non-Thumbtack reviews.
