Our mission in the Community is to help you connect with your fellow pros, so you can share experiences and advice in order to build thriving businesses and lives. We also use the Community to keep you informed of the latest and greatest product updates and get your feedback on how we can improve Thumbtack.

Anyone with a Thumbtack icon by their username is a Thumbtack Employee (like me!). You’ll see our moderators, @Kameron and @Meckell around the Community answering questions and making sure posts are constructive and relevant.
