@Wreach it all depends on the situation. If you notice a message or activity from a customer that you feel is suspicious, please follow the steps in this article: Report suspicious activity.


If you’re having difficulty receiving payment from a customer after a project, please continue to request payment in a professional manner. If the customer still refuses to pay, please contact us. We’ll assess the situation and do our best to help you find a resolution.
