Why am I receiving denials of credit requests that I didn't ask for??

Hello, 

This morning I received an email that my credit request for a lead called CHRISTOPHER was denied. Only issue is that I did not request the credit. I did pass on the lead for business reasons, but did not ask for a credit.

Is passing on a lead now an auto-credit request?

@MR when a pro declines a lead it will NOT prompt a refund request. After looking into this one I'm seeing that you did not request a refund or decline the lead. Instead, what I'm seeing is that you reported the lead as suspicious. Is it possible that you perhaps did so by accident instead of hitting the decline button?

@Kameron Quite possibly. I do not remember anything suspicious about the lead.
