You need an active service first. ????

You need an active service first.

This is the new message I see when I look at "show all pros as customer" from the "veiw your competion menu"

Am I having an issue or is this a new "feature"

or is my service deactivated?

I got that too... seems to be a bug - I refreshed and did not get the message again.

Perhaps another "enhahnecent" that didnt get tested thouroughly before promotion to production?

Re: You need an active service first. ????

Mine says the same thing.  Just started today.

However, I have not been receiving any notices for job postings for several weeks now.

I was told by a TT customer service rep that he could see that I had a managed account and that

noticed that your account is a Managed Account. You won't receive new-request emails from the new projects in your jobs tab because
Thumbtack has an internal team to do that for you.

You will only be able to be notified once the customer responded to your quote.I am still here and confirming here in my end. We can see here that you are enrolled and your account is Managed. That means if the jobs are from your jobs tab, you will not receive email notifications for new jobs. But if they responded to your quote, you will be able to see an email notification.

Still waiting to hear what this means.

They are checking on it.  I have 3 active services.

Looks like they are making changes again and not giving us a heads up.

Re: You need an active service first. ????

What's even more interesting is that apparently my account is managed.

The TT reps response was - Honestly. this is also new to me, so I would like to clarify to our technical team why is the account tagged a managed account. Or if we have a new update on this matter.

Still waiting.  Can't tell if having a managed account is a good or bad thing.

Re: You need an active service first. ????

I am still getting Jobs Tab texts and bid requests.

I guess we'll just wait till someone tells us what's going on

Re: You need an active service first. ????

@mrs @MR @rachelalvesphot thank you for letting us know that you've been experiencing this issue when going through the "view competition" and "view other pros as customer".  I've reported this on behalf of all three of you so that our teams can be aware and begin working to resolve this.
