Hi
im new and I'm a little confused about using the app. e few days ago i applied for som job and i mad made an offer for customer but he refused me and i got nothing however the thumbtack charched me about 17 $ I was surprised becuse i did not make any money please guide me what i have to do?

@babak welcome to Thumbtack and the pro Community! On Thumbtack pros pay for a connection with each customer. Not every lead will result in a hire, but the idea is to get hired enough to make up for what you've spent.
