what's the point of a profile with check box options when it can't be changed
I have (supposed to) the ability to edit my profile and select which age groups I service, which areas and specialities etc... but when you make a single change it locks the ability to save that change, so I constantly get notifications for stuff I am not only not interested in seeing, but also things that are way outside my area of specialization.
C'mon TT, get it together!
So, since TT themselves won't offer any help I wonder if any of you pro's have found a workaround.

@CoachOTT sorry to hear that you've been experiencing this problem. So to be clear, when you're trying to update the preferences on one of your services it will not allow you to save the change, correct? I'd first suggest going through our troubleshooting steps listed here: https://help.thumbtack.com/article/basic-troubleshooting. Once you've gone through all of these if you're still experiencing this problem please let me know and we'll see what else can be done to get this fixed for you.
