As a counselor in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I understand the way people see many things. One of the things I look for when looking at others profiles is the number of hires....I tend to think that these people or person must be really good because they have so many "hires". This makes the competition unbalanced, it doesn't give everyone an even playing field and I really don't feel it is necessary that people know how many times a business or individual has been hired in their decision making. It should be solely on the information provided in the profile. I would really like to see number of "HIRES" taken off the profile views.
