I’m sick of getting leads and not able to go into my availability to let everyone know that I’m not available that day. I have multilple photobooth and I could either have the evening or the morning open on that day. It will be a lot of help if they could fix the availability part. Every time someone sends me a message I get charge. I look at my calendar and I’m book already. Please fix this problem!!! I’m thinking of leaving Thumbtack because of this reason.

@Mast234 I just took a look at your calendar and it's showing that you're available from 9am - 10pm Sunday - Saturday. Are you getting matched with jobs before 9am and after 10pm? If so, can you send me a private message with the names of the customers so I can see what's going on? 
In order to make sure that you aren't getting matched with jobs that you aren't available, you need to go to your calendar in your profile and block off those times. If the calendar is showing white, that means that you're available. If it's showing blue, that means that means that you are either booked or unavailable.
