Change hiring status

I marked a job as hired by accident, then unmarked as hired. It is off from my side, but the client still see as hired and can’t hire somebody else. How can I fix it?

You will have to call support or go on the client and you can report it.

Number of hires

My profile shows that I have had 2 hires on Thumbtack but I have had 4. I went back to the quotes that were sent for the other two the the "mark as hired" is gone. Any idea on how to update this to make it accurate?

 

EDIT. I was able to mark myself as hired on my mobile app
