Customer Cancellation

Started a conversation with a prospective client, we matched on dates and rate but after she review my photos and sent me a message, I decided to not continue the conversation and end the prospection. Is there a way to mark this conversation of finished on our end? I know about the 3 dots but unfortunately I haven't been hired yet; In progress and Done do not contemplate my case.

@otaviophoto there isn't necessarily a way to mark a conversation as finished or ended, but you can choose to archive the conversation so that it's no longer front and center in your inbox.
