Notification problems

Hey Thumbtack team, 

 

I have an issue with leads showing up in my inbox. I can see the notification pop up on my phone, but when I try to react on my PC, it is not visible. I have to search the lead's name in order to find it. This has happened 3 times in the past 2 days. How can this be solved? Thank you in advance.

Hey there @TechBear let's have you start by going through these troubleshooting steps. If that doesn't fix the problem, please attach screenshots of what you're seeing on your phone versus on your desktop. Once we get that, we'll be able to look into this further!
