Push Notifications

So I was receiving notifications for all jobs on my phone and I deleted a service but still have multiple services on my site. And now I’m not getting notifications for services I have offered. I have selected to notify fir jobs outside my range and I’ve also checked my push notification settings but I’m still not receiving push notifications for jobs that fit my profile.

I received one yesterday but then I opened it later and there was an event within my services that I didn’t not get notified for.

@Sabrinarose can you send me a private message with the name of the customer you got a notification for and the name of the customer that you did not receive a notification for? Could you possibly include a screenshot of the last text notification you got from us?

Same exact thing has been happening to me. No matter what settings I try to change. Delete apps in my phone, check memory. Uninstall, reinstall. Nothing works, I have to continually be checking Thumbtack everything 20 mins to see new job requests

Only notifications the past 3-4 days that I've received by text/email are for messages or job opportunities. I haven't changed my settings. What is going on? I also have to check jobs almost all day/night.

Not sure but it definitely seems like some type of glitch. I contacted Thumbtack directly by phone and they are looking into it. Hopefully it gets resolved quickly.
