Same Name - Same Request for different dates and Thumbtack says it's OK

Maryjo C ..... Please explain how this can happen?

The pros that were promoted just paid for 4 leads that are the same person that is abusing and doing something wrong.

This is where TT needs to step up and either honor the refund or contact the lead to see what was intended and then give refund based on that. They need to be on the pro side on cases like this. My other lead companies do exactly that

@MarioRamirez @MR I took a look into this situation and it simply looks like the customer needed to update their project with the correct zip code. When this happens a new project will be created and any pros contacted a second time by the same customer will not be charged. As well, no pros were charged for the original project, which has been closed.
