Just a bad review? I don't think so

I got a horrible review. Not because it is a low rating, but because it discloses direct language and items in my service agreement. It accuses me of breaking laws. It is filled with nonsense fabrications about how I run my business. It includes pricing and fees that are not applicable to everyone. Thumbtack removed the review once. 20 min later, the review is back. And it's worse. Now they state it will not be removed. Anyone have this kind of experience?

Ps, the guy that left the review has a family business that is my direct competitor in my area. Strange. Thumbtack has been informed. Still no change.
