You won't see too many leads using the manual system. They want us to use Promote where we will get charged for countless generic replies. I've given valid solutions for several weeks now to no avail. Don't know what it takes for them to listen. Maybe if they try being a pro, put their credit card in payment and see how they like being charged for countless generic replies without seeing customer profile and cost beforehand.
