@Notinsured I truly do want to help you, I'm sorry you're having troubles! To log out of that account, go to the top right-hand corner, click on the photo and select log out. From there, go to www.thumbtack.com and make sure you're logged into your pro account. After that, return to the community and log back in with your original credentials. A lot of steps, but it should get you logged in so that you can access your inbox.
