You should be able to click the 3 dots inside the quote and click report. Once you click report click on "Help with a charge" then explain that you were double charged for the same lead. TT will then review it and see if it qualifies for a refund.
@sweetheart7141 looks like there was some miscommunication. If you look at the payments section of your account and go to your most recent receipt, you'll see that you were indeed refunded for one of Lori's leads. Let me know if you have any other questions.
