Questions??

Hello, this is my first time on here, and I had a couple of questions if anybody could help me out. I recieved a new lead who had 2 different profiles pop up in my inbox. I was charged for both profiles even though it's the same person, and when I reached out to Thumbtack about it they told me that she is covered by the policy use and terms agreement. I dont think this is right, how do I go about this situation? Is this a scam or something? Thank you for any responses they are very much appreciated!!

Re: Questions??

You should be able to click the 3 dots inside the quote and click report. Once you click report click on "Help with a charge" then explain that you were double charged for the same lead. TT will then review it and see if it qualifies for a refund.

@sweetheart7141 can you share the first name of the customer? I'm happy to look into this and give you further clarification.

Re: Questions??

@sweetheart7141 looks like there was some miscommunication. If you look at the payments section of your account and go to your most recent receipt, you'll see that you were indeed refunded for one of Lori's leads. Let me know if you have any other questions.
