Please, please, please...somebody give me a legit answer to this. Why do I have to put a dollar amount in the pricing for TV MOUNTING service??? I offer FREE estimates and site surveys yet, I am forced to put $1 and then explain in my quote that, "It's a thumbtack thing, you won't be charged." I should have access to all of the choices.
N/A, Hourly or Fixed Price! I would use Need more Information if available. It's an easy fix so...let's get it done, please. I have asked for years!
Thanks for your feedback on this @BVDBILL, I'll be sure to pass it along. In the meantime, I'd suggest that you hide your prices to eliminate any confusion with future customers. You can do this by going to services, select TV mounting, go to prices, and then select Hide prices.
