I also shut down my promotion.  All of a sudden I get a lead directed to me.  Client appears to have read my profile and makes mention of a few thing and TT says I 'm the only one they contacted.  I replied (cause I REALLY need the work!), got charged (of course) and I have not heard 1 word out of the client other than the inital request.  To me this seems like a fake customer.  I really don't understand WHY this is happening.  I was a Top Pro 3 years in a row, now I'm lucky if I can get 1 job per month with this "new" structure.  They broke something...and they broke it BAD!!!!!!

Also....Since we are now paying $$$ for leads, I want a phone number and email address for the client.  I should not have to rely on all communications having to going thru the TT website.
