I’m excited to highlight another two of our great Top Pros in this month’s Top Pro Tips entry! Preston and Leighton are the owners of Rocky Mountain Photo booth, which has grown to be one of the premiere photo booths in their market in under 2 years of operation due to their hard work and marketing savvy.
Getting customers to leave reviews.
As a new business, they were faced with the challenge of not having many reviews, which we all know is one of the primary things customers look for! In this clip, they talk about their strategy for following through with customers to ensure they leave a review after a job is done. This tactic has helped Rocky Mountain build up an impressive base of reviews in a relatively short time. Marketing to millennials.
When we met with Rocky Mountain, they also commented on how much of their clientele tend to be younger, what we might consider millennials. There are a lot of customers in this demographic on Thumbtack, so we also invited them to lead a webinar where they shared specific strategies for effectively marketing to their customers in this age range, both on and off Thumbtack.
