Price Assurance will only cover targeted leads that do not view your message within 48 hours and also will give discounts to you for customers that are shopping around. @TeamShaddai Thank you for this great insight and feedback. Having the phone number from the customer in the request form could definitely be helpful, so we definitely understand your perspective. We also have to keep in mind that the customer may reach out to other professionals, which could be an overwhelming experience if they receive calls from multiple professionals at the same time. This is why we currently leave it up to them to provide their personal information to professionals when they are ready. I would suggest asking for it in a way that also sets you up to meet with them, for example, “Hey there, just wondering what times work for you this week to schedule a call with me, I’d be happy to discuss your project
In regards to your other thought, there is not a limit on how many professionals the customer can reach out to, but that’s exactly what Price Assurance, specifically Shop Around Savings, helps out with. This benefit provides an additional discount to you based on how many professionals you’re competing with for a job. We definitely want to make sure you are paying for the value of the leads you are receiving, including if there are multiple professionals the customer has reached out to.
@RevRichRodNY I would recommend that you go in and check out your preferences to make sure that you are targeting the right leads. It is possible to get leads outside these preferences, but we do give you the option to either decline these leads for no charge or accept them for the fee listed. Because that lead did not meet your preferences, it did not qualify for Price Assurance.
